China beverage industry
has experienced an annual increase of 16% in the recent
5 years;,the volume of beverages rose by a surprising 24%
in 2006! This trade takes a favorable vision. As another
outstanding platform that China Beverage Industry Association
(CBIA) intends to set up for its members, 2007 China International
Beverage Industry Exhibition on Science & Technology
(CBST 2007) will be held on Dec 3-5, 2007 at West Hall,
Everbright Exhibition Center ， Shanghai.
In the 8000m2 exhibition area, apart from
the traditional exhibition zones for raw materials, ingredients,
processing equipment, packages, supporting facilities and
marketing equipment, a special zone will be established
for cleaner production with a view of providing an optimum
platform for environmental protection, energy-saving, consumption-decreasing,
and cost-lowering.
The registration will formally begin on April
1, 2007. Those who intend to participate in the Exhibition
can visit www.chinabeverage.org/cbst and submit the Registration
Form, or directly contact with the Organizing Committee.
Several large-scale activities will take place
at the same time, including 2007 Annual Conference of CBIA,
2007 Annual Conference of Technical Work Committee of CBIA,
2007 China International Beverage Science & Technology
Seminar, Juice Industry Federation Setting-up Conference
and Special Technical Reports.
During the Exhibition, the co-organizers will
hold meetings of their own branches. Coca Cola (China) Annual
Meeting of Bottling Plants, Pepsi (China) Annual Meeting
of Production and Maintenance and some events related with
other beverage manufacturers in China will also take place.
As the exclusive manual of the Exhibition,
＾2007 China Guide of Beverage Suppliers￣ contains comprehensive
information about beverage-related companies to provide
adequate promotion for the Exhibition participants and other
enterprises. The Guide will be published bilingually in
Chinese and English for people to obtain the information
easily and conveniently.
The positions of booths in the Exhibition
and pictures in the Guide will be arranged based on the
principles of: A. the sequence of registration; B. the priority
for big booth; and C. the priority in the sequence of Vice
President, Executive Director, Director and Member.
In the period of pre-registration, many companies
inquired about the Exhibition and expressed their intention
to participate in it. The promotion of the Exhibition will
be updated at the website of CBIA (www.chinabeverage.org/cbst).
