On the morning of Jul. 24th, 2008, Mrs. Zhao Yali, Secretary-General of CBIA, visited SEW-EURODRIVE (China) Holding Co., Ltd. Set up in Jun. 1994 with the investment from German SEW Company, the Company, covering an area of 175000 m2 and having a building area totaling 100000 m2, went into production in May 1997. The construction of Project Phase III – SEW Precision Gears (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was completed in Sep. 2007, covering an area of 110000 m2 and having a building area of 80000 m2. As SEW’s manufacturing center in the Asia-Pacific area, SEW-EURODRIVE (China) Holding Co., Ltd. produces industrial reducers, gear motors and variable frequency controllers for Chinese and foreign clients, with an entire set of imported equipment and technology and in accordance to SEW’s standards. Mrs. Zhao visited the Company’s workshops and discussed with the technological director on the use of SEW products in beverage machinery.
