Guozhu Group Co., Ltd. is located in Huanghua Lake Industrial Zone of Fogang County, Guangdong Province, where the scenery is beautiful and thermal spring flows all year long. Covering an area of over 60000 m2 and having more than 60 million yuan of fixed assets and 40000 m2 international standard factory buildings, the Company is a high-tech packaging machinery manufacturer integrating technical R&D, product design and production. On Feb. 29th, 2008, Mrs. Zhao Yali, Secretary-General of CBIA, visited Guozhu Group Co., Ltd., accompanied by Mr. Zhao Chonghui, President of the Company, Mr. Wang Yesheng, General Manager and Mr. Tian Yimin, Director of Marketing.  

According to Mr. Zhao’s introduction, the Company is highly competitive with the injection and blowing moulds designed and produced by itself. Dozens of CNCs imported from Switzerland, Great Britain, Japan and Germany form a complete machining and heat-treatment system, which, in combination with German Zess’s triple coordination testing, can guarantee the realization of every design and the precision machining of all parts. All these help to establish the Company’s particular advantages in market competition. At present, the Company buys tailor-made special steel from steelworks for the production of precision moulds and highly abrasion/compression-resistant parts and the general improvement in product quality.

Mrs. Zhao was deeply impressed by the Company’s development team. She hoped that the R&D personnel can decrease cost and improve bottles’ performance (e. g. compression resistance) through innovated bottle designs during the development of bottle moulds, and give true ideas of bottle development to beverage manufacturers for broadening perspectives in launching new products.
