On Feb. 29th, 2008, Mrs. Zhao Yali, Secretary-General of CBIA, came to Guangzhou Vanta Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. located in Huaxing Industrial Zone of Huadu District, Guangzhou City. Accompanied by General Manager Liu Yuanqiang, she visited the workshops in the Company. After that, she had a talk with Mr. Liu on the Company’s short-term development plan.   

The two sides also discussed some issues including the integration of industrial resources, enterprise’s financing channels and bringing in technologists. Mr. Liu said that macroeconomic regulation and control have led to the increased financing cost which causes some difficulties in enterprises’ development, but enterprises can seek new financing channels such as listing to reinvigorate their capital and inject funds for their development. He also expressed his opinions about the need for talents in the packaging industry. He said only by truly having all-round talents that always lead in the innovation of products can a company remain invincible. At present, talents specialized in finishing are very hot. He hoped that a special training mechanism will be established so as to provide such talented personnel for enterprises.

When accompanying Mrs. Zhao to visit the workshops, Mr. Liu added that as a specialized beverage packaging machinery manufacturer with strong R&D ability and full product categories, Vanta is permanently engaged in developing new products, bringing in talents and strengthening itself, and is hoped to become a true expert in secondary packaging in China.
